We work with writers to achieve their goals when publishing a book.

Our Full-Service Campaigns last six months at the minimum and start once an edited copy of the manuscript is available for advance review. We prefer to start at least four months before the release date. Then, we work through the release and follow up with additional sales and publicity opportunities over the next two months or more.

FULL SERVICE FOR WRITERS & AUTHORS

These services are for extended contract work to create an entire book marketing campaign. Each author receives a customized campaign based on the genre of their book, current audience, and goals.

This includes:

• Project Management and Implementation
• Consultation on titles, cover design, blog topics, etc.
• Press Database Development

• Establishing Social Media including blogs, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn or whatever platforms you use
• Creation and Distribution of Media Kit to reviewers, bloggers and book podcasts
• Press Release Creation and distribution
• Advanced release ebook promotion campaigns for older books   
• In-store events and videos                              
• Broadcast media
• Special Event Publicity

• Results Reporting and Analysis

• Once launched, we help build sales through eBook promotions, online advertising, appearances, and more.
  

Author Guidance is an additional service tailored to each writer and their needs.

These are consultation meetings regarding your work, where you are in the process, introductions, and guidance to finding the right publishing path, vendors, and more. We bill on an hourly basis.

Additionally, we assist writers in finding other qualified resources for completing their book for no finders fee.

Editing 

We will find the right editor or editors for content and development to bring the book up to professional level. Then we will introduce copy editors/proofreaders to complete the editing phase.

Book Production

We will find the best people for your particular book, including:

• Interior layout design and cover design, including indexes
• ISBN, Library of Congress, copyright registration
• Create ebooks with any links and most popular formats
• Establish accounts and upload to major online retail websites
• Establish account with Ingram for brick and mortar stores plus libraries.

Website Design

• Create outline and overview of the site functions
• Build the site on an easy to use platform
• Write or edit copy for site
• Find images
• Setup email server
• Assist in creating videos for site
• Set up SEO functions
• Create feeds to Facebook and Twitter
• Train owner on how to update
• Maintain monthly updates
